This mod does not restrict or eliminate anything and contains no overrides. This mod will work either with or without Seasons but if Seasons is installed it will also give the Flower Arranging skill exactly the same as the original game files.
If you have the Sims 4 Seasons pack the bonsai also gives the Flower Arranging skill along with the Gardening skill.
